Who this covers
This policy covers Tree Service Brevard County (“we”, “us”), a service operated by Hively Automation LLC, and this website. We connect people in Brevard County, Florida with independent local tree contractors. We do not do the tree work ourselves.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus basic site measurement. When you send a request we collect your name, phone number, email if you add one, the address or area of the job, the type of job, any details you write and any photos you attach, along with the page you sent it from. When you call or text (321) 604-1285, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time. The site also counts page views and taps on the call and text buttons: the page, the referring site, a rough device type and a random visit id kept in your browser for that visit. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser type.
What we do not do
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any third-party tracker on this site, and it sets no tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information and we do not build advertising profiles.
Who receives your request
Your request exists to be passed on. We share the details you send, including photos, with the independent contractor we match to your job so they can contact you, look at the job and price it. Beyond that, only the providers who keep the service running see it: our web host, the technology provider that runs our forms and reporting, and our phone and text provider, each only to deliver that service to us. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts in the usual way. We also share information when the law requires it.
Calls and texts
If you send a request, you agree that we and the contractor matched to it may call and text you about that request, including by automated dialing and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Passing your request to the contractor matched to it is how the service works and is not marketing by a third party.
Photos
Photos you send are used to understand the job. We will not publish a photo of your property. Ask and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to run the service and keep our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or text (321) 604-1285 and say it is a privacy request. We will confirm who you are before acting on it.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, though no website is perfectly secure. If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
