What helps the crew price it
Good photos can save a trip. If you're sending pictures, these are the ones crews ask for.
- The whole tree, from far enough back to see the top
- The base of the trunk, close up, especially any crack, cavity or mushrooms
- Whatever is under it: roof, pool cage, fence, driveway or power line
- The way in: gate width, side yard, soft ground or septic drainfield
- What you want done with the wood and the stump
What happens next
We call or text from (321) 604-1285 to go over anything that's unclear, then pass the job to an independent crew that works your area. They contact you to set up a look and give you a price. You decide whether to book. The how it works page has the details, including who sees your information.
If a tree is on the house right now
Get everyone out of the rooms under it and stay clear. If a power line is down or touching the tree, keep well away and report it to your electric utility first. Then call or text us with photos taken from a safe distance.
If you're in unincorporated Brevard and the tree is dead or badly damaged, those photos matter later. The county code asks for photos, rough measurements and the distance to the house to document an emergency removal (Brevard Code s. 62-4334).
Questions people ask
Do I have to give my address?
No, though it helps. A street name or the nearest cross streets is enough for us to find a crew that covers you.
Can I just text a photo instead?
Yes. Text (321) 604-1285 with a photo, the street name and a line about what you want done. That works the same as the form.
Does sending a request cost anything?
No. You pay the contractor only for work you agree to.
